MEET RALPH

Integrity is the foundation of my business. I believe a mortgage should be about building relationships and helping my customers achieve their home financing goals, not just a transaction.  As a licensed UNMB Home Loans Inc. mortgage loan originator, I take a consultative approach to the home loan process by customizing each home financing solution to help customers achieve financial goals. Many loan officers can get you a loan. My mission is to get you the right loan!  I have extensive experience working with first-time homebuyers, conventional, FHA and VA loans.  I can also do 203k rehabilitation loans and reverse mortgages for seniors.

I am a native New Yorker, having grown up in Queen, NY and now live on Eastern  Long Island with my wife.  I have three grown daughters and am a avid fisherman.  I have personally closed approximately $600 million in mortgages during my 30 year career in mortgage finance.  I am a proud member of the Ronkonkoma Rotary Club, founding member of the L.I. Business Social Media Networking Group and member of the “Le Tip” networking group.

Our number one priority at Reach for the Stars Tutoring, Inc. is to help students of all ages achieve success, reach their goals and have a high self-esteem. We support students who are struggling and provide enrichment for students who need to be challenged. We’re always growing and expanding our services to meet the developing needs of families. We use New York State certified teachers and run criminal background checks on each employee.

We provide private, in-home and online tutoring services for adults and children of all ages, from preschool through college and adult, in all subjects, for both general and special education. We can help with study skills and test-taking strategies and offer preparation for the ELA, Regents and SAT exams. We also offer basic and advanced Spanish, French and Italian for those wanting to learning a foreign language or for those traveling to foreign countries.

Exquisite Catering Cuisine caters events big and small, Exquisite Healthy Eats for healthy meal delivery, Cuisine for two (or more) for preparation of three courses in the privacy of your home, Exquisite Catered Picnic’s for winery trips or a day at the beach delivered in biodegradable boxes. We also cater BBQ’s, Brunch, Crab/Seafood Boils, and Business Luncheons.
